  You may cancel your training place for a full refund within 14 days of the date you received your order or confirmation of a place on the course.

• Condition:
  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Exceptions:
  Certain items, such as customized products, or items marked as non-refundable, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. Contact Us:
   Please contact our customer service at info@essentialenergetics.ie or +353 868054700 within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return the item or cancel your place on the training course.

2. Return Instructions:
   We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any required packaging

3. Shipping Costs:
   We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items or if we made an error in the order. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing:

• Timeframe:
  Once we receive the cancel order or returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.

 

• Method:
  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Partial Refunds:
  In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item is damaged or has been used, or in the case of Therapy sessions, if cancellation occurs within the 24 hour period before the scheduled time.
